Uprising – The promise from Fanfest

The Fanfest was already a few months ago and CCP announced a lot there and as you know a lot of capsuleers are very very impatient. We got to see what is planned for the future and then it was wait and wait and wait.

Many of us were already of the opinion that we get to see here again half-finished and assembled things that we never get to see so. But sometimes signs and wonders happen here. A few days ago CCP has now announced the release. It is again an add-on that fits more to the previous style in the form of a larger release than this piecemeal quarterly. At least this is my impression. 

The entire content was announced for October. The whole thing is called Uprising. Sounds somehow fitting for a resurrection. We can expect the new hangars and the corresponding holograms on the ship. So a lot of visual stuff. But the actual gameplay expansion is still coming this month. The new story arc which was already indirectly discussed. Of course, the whole thing was again accompanied by an impressive trailer that should make you hungry for more. And finally we get new ships again. 
What we have already learned is that we are guaranteed to get destroyers of the various navies of the empires. But I think there will be more here. As soon as there is something to see on Sisi, I’ll certainly be there and try to get some information together so far.

What also interests me a lot so far in the trailer is this mysterious figure. Somehow I have the feeling that I have seen this before. I would almost guess an Amarr here. As a fun fact on the side, did you notice that he still wears a hood under his hat? 

I think he still has a pretty important role, he was very central for that. I’m curious to see what we get to see. I’m looking forward to it. With it also goes the adjustments in the Faction Warfare in which focal points are set. The clearly better at it follows however only in the next year. We can participate there or that our corp or alliance actively announces itself and thus we meet each time the decision at this point itself. Hurrah I say to it only. Then one is not bound and clearly more flexibly on the way.

Now I have talked relatively much about what is coming and have neglected me so far very much.
As already mentioned I would like to enter what more in the production and thus also in the trade. One earns things without being really active. Means also temporally that here the EInsatz of EvE Anywhere is less critical. So far I have not dared to fly combat missions but use it mainly to move the one or other ship once.
In the context of starting trading, I have of course also tried to improve my standing and have found that it should actually go quite well without great faction and corp standing.

The influence of this standing looks minimal from my point of view. There are two minor reasons for this. The first is that the adjusted standing is used without skills. The second is that the factor is small in the formula in my view. So the standing would have to be very high and quite honestly. I don’t have the patience for that, especially when it comes to standing to faction. 

So I have a now reached a certain value and I also do not have the requirement this still to increase, since it is also only used in Jita. So second station is the public Keepstar in Perimeter a station. Either you can mix well here or you concentrate directly on this station or mix it well. The broker fee, so the trading tax that is incurred when putting in is much lower than in Jita. The disadvantage is that there is a lot of money in the pockets of the owners. I don’t even want to know how much ISK is traded there every day. 

As a further service there are stations for production and research which can be used by the public. Against appropriate but relatively cheap payment and you know, I still have a lot of BPC that I want to install.

Therefore I am of course also working on my excelsheet. I’m trying to build an appropriate concept here, my example tables that I currently have in use are still much too large and confusing. But with the time also here movement comes purely.
Unfortunately I don’t spend much time in New Eden at the moment. But I think once it will also become more again.
