#mt august: A Wish for CCP

This month we want to play wish concert once and just claim that we have a wish free and CCP will implement it.
The question at this point is which wish it is.
There are many things where I can well imagine dien should be adjusted

Meteors that move your orbits through the solar system or general adjustment of mining mechanics.
But I chose a different topic here. Missions.

But to be honest, I haven’t touched a mission in years. The only ones I fly regularly is the SoE Epic Arc and the only ones that interest me more closely are the Level 4 Epic Arc.
A cohesive series that tells a good story and is challenging. Most of the missions in EvE are relatively monotonous and boring. The Epic missions definitely stand out here.

Why not have more of this type of mission, not only for the main factions, but also for the corresponding sub-factions. Each faction has its own history and why not use that as a hook.

Also, the number of possible missions for the agents should be increased so that there are more choices. These can also be made more dynamic and thus ensure that missions are more varied. So I can imagine very well that there are also side missions or possibly also appear here so-called escalations as in the area of exploration, which automatically trigger a follow-up mission if you do something specific or interact with a certain building.

An example to clarify this somewhat. We are on a mission and shoot at a certain station. Now there can be several possibilities what happens. The simplest variant is, nothing happens. The second variant is a call for help and other ships appear and try to dock at the station and rescue an object or a person. We can prevent this, for example, and try to abduct the person ourselves or recover the object. There is another hint that triggers another mission. In another variant, we are asked to stop firing and receive information for this.
This can happen randomly and would breathe new life into the missions.

The whole thing would lead to correspondingly more variety

Which would certainly also give a very interesting game mechanic similar to the Bounty Risk Modifier in Nullsec. Here are reduced depending on the activity when in combat against NPC the payout.

Reinterpreted to the Empire, agents or corps that are used particularly often could reduce the payout. Thus, one would be forced to hike a bit at times or get more corps to improve in reputation.

Those were a few ideas I would have about missions to create more excitement.
